Richard Huynh joined Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP in 2017, and brings a wide breadth of estate planning and administration, tax, and general wealth planning knowledge and experience to the firm.

As an Associate at Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP, Mr. Huynh represents a wide variety of clients, including individuals, families, closely-held businesses, and professional fiduciaries.

His estate planning practice includes the preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related estate planning documents. He also assists trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries, with all aspects of trust administration and probate, as well as in the preparation of gift and estate tax returns.

Prior to joining Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP, Mr. Huynh worked as a Senior Associate at various tax firms, including Ernst & Young LLP, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he assisted individuals, trusts, and both large multinational and closely-held corporations, with their tax and cash planning strategies through tax-efficient structuring and compliance.
